Airline mistake fares or error fares, glitch fares, etc., are when airlines or travel companies publish the wrong rate on their website in favor of the traveler.

Will they honor mistake fares?

Most airline mistake fares are honored because of the bad PR not honoring them brings, plus it's a lot of work to communicate and deal with the impacted customers. However, always wait 48 hours before booking any non-refundable travel after booking a mistake fare.

What is a flash sales alert?

Flash sales are deals that go mostly unadvertised by airlines to reduce their liability by selling a certain percentage of seats at a much cheaper rate to ensure that the plane is full on the day of departure. We alert our members of every deal that is at least 40% cheaper than normal.

Is there a limit on departure areas that I can choose?

You may choose as many as you like; however, the more you choose, the more emails you will receive.

Are your deals only last minute?

No! Most of our deals are for travel 2–9 months in the future, with 80% of last year's alerts being more than 3 months from the date of departure, giving you more than enough time to plan what you will do when you arrive.

Can I choose the destination I want alerts for?

Jetsetter Alerts knows that unexpected deals are the best deals! This means we send you the best deals that leave from your chosen departure areas. This way, every alert is exciting, and you never know where we will send you an alert for next, other than it being a jaw-dropping great deal each and every time!

Our system currently doesn't support individual discounts. We only offer discounts for all members, including holiday and seasonal promotions, as well as free trials.

Q: Do you sell airline tickets?

We do not sell anything and have no affiliation with airline carriers. We only alert our members of the deals we've found on airlines' and travel companies' websites.

We offer system-wide discounts during special promotions, but our billing provider does not give us a way for us to offer military, senior, or other types of discounts but we hope that changes in the future.

Do you sell airline tickets?

No, we only find the cheapest flight deals and then alert our members as to which website they can find the alerted price. We have no relationship with any airlines whatsoever.

Do you offer refunds?

Because we offer free trials, we only offer refund in the case of a billing error.

Are these flight deals only last-minute?

No, not at all! Our airfare alerts can be anytime throughout the year, but are usually 3-9 months out.

Can I choose my alert destinations?

We send the best deals from your chosen departure areas, ensuring every alert is a surprise. If you only wish to receive alerts for a couple destinations, we would recommend Google Flights to manually set up alerts.
